Description
For more than 20 years, Peter Hess sound massage and all Peter Hess sound methods based on it have been used successfully in the fields of wellness, education, therapy and in the healing and health professions. Initial research provides evidence of the effectiveness of sound massage and contributes to the fact that the sound methods taught at the Peter Hess Institute in Germany (PHI) and the 15 Peter Hess Academies (PHA's) abroad are gaining recognition as serious and effective methods.
Among other things, the book provides extensive insights into the development and application of sound methods, explains their effectiveness from a neuro-psychological perspective and presents the results of the first scientific study on the effect of sound massage with regard to stress processing and body image. The contributions by renowned authors such as Alexander Lauterwasser, Peter Hess, Dr. phil. Christina M. Koller, Drs. Halina and Marek Portalski, Dr. med Uwe Ross, Prof. Dr. med Rolf Verres provide valuable and well-founded arguments for expanding boundaries and exploring new potentials.
