This mallet was specially developed for use with very large Singing Bowls (XL - XXL, "foot shells").
For an extra charge of 10,- Euro and a delivery time of 10 working days you can get these mallets in any available color.
Material beech, biologically waxed/ fleece
The newly developed mallet head allows you to elicit deep and strongly vibrating tones from the Singing Bowl , as well as the spectrum rich in overtones. The long handle allows you to stand upright in the Singing Bowl and, if you wish, you can also play strike yourself. The handle and the end of the handle are turned so that it sits comfortably in the hand and provides a secure grip.

We have worked to achieve great effect with low weights and smaller mallet heads.
The sound of the strike of the Singing Bowls is decisively influenced by the type and degree of hardness of the mallet.
Different mallets can be used to elicit different pitches from the Singing Bowl .
- Large, soft felt mallets tend to produce deeper tones that are good for the abdomen.
- Medium, harder felt mallets, for example, are more suitable for frequencies in the abdomen (solar plexus).
- Small, hard mallets tend to elicit higher tones from the Singing Bowl that appeal to the heart and head area.
