Hess Sound Sessions at INNOCOS Berlin
After the opening, numerous events and sessions will take place on the first day of the conference, June 8, 2023. Jana Hess, owner of Hess Sound, will also be present and provide a deeper insight into the world of sound and its effect on body and mind in special sessions.
13:30: Sound vibe yoga with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
At 13:30, Jana Hess and Emily Hess® sound yoga teacher Janine Gabelmann will be offering a sound vibe yoga session. We cordially invite the guests of the Beauty Innovation Summit Berlin to reconnect with their inner rhythm, strengthen the nervous system and harmonize body, mind and soul.
The highlight of this session is the combination of two worlds - gentle yoga meets the harmonious sounds and vibrations of high-quality, therapeutic Singing Bowls. We introduce the tried and tested Peter Hess® Singing Bowls , which can guide participants to their inner self and thus ensure spiritual peace and a strong foundation.
21:30: Sound bath meditation with Janine Gabelmann and Jana Hess
After a long and exhausting day, we will bring INNOCOS Berlin to a close on June 8 with a Hess Sound Session. As part of the sound bath meditation "Peace of mind", which will take place at 9:30 pm, visitors are cordially invited to leave the day and everything they have experienced behind and enjoy the relaxing vibrations of the Peter Hess® Singing Bowls and cymbals.
This session begins with a short breathing exercise to open the body's energy channels - the basis for the harmonious sounds to be fully absorbed. All the participants in this session need to do afterwards is surrender completely to relaxation. The sound bath can have an extremely cleansing effect on the body, mind and soul, calming the mind and helping to forget the worries of the day. The sound bath meditation is therefore the ideal way to end the day and experience a soothing night.
Both the sound vibe yoga session and the sound bath meditation are suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners. Prior registration is required!
