Workshops

Sound massage for back pain

In this workshop we will look at how we can use the Peter Hess® sound method to address stress-related back problems, create a sound massage and adhere to basic principles such as "strengthening what is healthy" and the view of salutogenesis.

Cosmetics and sound

In this workshop, we demonstrate the use of various Singing Bowls before, during and after a beauty treatment. Feeling good during the treatment and enjoying the vibrations and sounds of Singing Bowls is a special experience. Above all, it is also a practical demonstration for beauticians who do not yet have Singing Bowls in their repertoire.

Workshop leader: Claudia Keskinen

Claudia Keskinen is a state-certified beautician who also teaches her knowledge in a one-day workshop and also offers beauty treatments and massages in the "Manipura" at the Peter Hess® Seminar House in Schweringen. Claudia is also a seminar leader at the Peter Hess® Institute.

Scent and sound

Singing Bowls and aromatic oils complement each other and can bring body, mind and soul into harmony. Energy can flow more easily and a balance is created. You can find out more about this topic in our blog post Fragrance and sound.

Sound yoga

We invite you to let yourself be touched and seduced by the wonderful sounds and vibrations of Singing Bowls to connect with your very own inner sound and immerse yourself in your own individual rhythm. Flowing like an ocean wave, you can let your breathing come and go. During pranayama (breathing exercises), you can let your body flow into the yoga exercises in your own rhythm, meditatively and smoothly.

Workshop leader: Janine Gabelmann

Janine Gabelmann is an Emily Hess® sound yoga teacher and relaxation trainer for sound and fantasy journeys. She has also completed gong sound yoga training with Emily Hess. She leads seminars around the world.

Gong-Klangyoga

In this workshop, we travel through our nadis (meridians/energy channels) with the sounds, vibrations and frequencies of the gong. We get our prana, the life energy, flowing. We connect to each chakra with a "seed sound" and practise a yoga asana and pranayama (breathing exercise). In this way, we realign ourselves and bring balance to body, mind and soul. The vibration of the gong can support your self-healing powers. Tension and blockages can be released and your zest for life can unfold.

Sound and poetry

The combination of poetry and sound is a very special experience, as the lovingly selected poems can touch the soul more and more. It is easier to let go of everyday life in this moment. Sound transformation with Peter Hess

Peter Hess is the founder of the sound massage named after him and last year developed the "Sound Transformation" seminar, which he offers as an online seminar. In the one-hour workshop, he would like to offer participants excerpts from his program to participate in. Transformation is the process of change, from the current state to a desired target state in the near future.

Transformation can also be a process through which a person approaches a new level of consciousness over a certain period of time. Transformation is then a development, a movement, a change. Through sound transformation, we can connect with our origin and our self and expand our consciousness. It is a protected space in which we are not distracted and are undisturbed with ourselves. Attention is directed inwards.

Sound, sound spaces, sound meditations and short sound exercises provide the framework for positive development. Once we have experienced the effect of the various sound exercises, we only need a little time each day for sound exercises - to allow our own ideas to emerge and be realized.

Workshop leader: Peter Hess

In 1984, the graduate engineer for physical technology and vocational school teacher for physics and politics developed the Peter Hess® sound massage named after him, a holistic relaxation method that can help to strengthen health. Today, numerous Peter Hess® sound methods are based on sound massage, which represent a specialized use of Singing Bowls and sound massage in the areas of wellness, prevention, education, consulting, coaching, therapy and healing.

Peter Hess is the director of the Peter Hess® Institute (PHI) in Germany, to which Peter Hess® Academies in more than 20 countries worldwide belong. He is the 1st chairman of the International Association of Sound Massage Therapy and author of numerous books. He is active worldwide as a speaker and seminar leader.
